Treecreds is committed to providing the highest standard of customer service and providing you with high quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are in stock and pricing is true and correct.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fill your order for any reason, we will notify you within seven (7) business days to arrange an agreeable alternative, a backorder or a full refund.
